Delivery Policy

Blind Brothers (Australia) Pty Ltd only delivers within a 50km radius of Brisbane CBD.

All our roller blinds are custom made within 7-10 business days.

Once your blinds have been manufactured and your order is completed in full they will be automatically dispatched and we will send you an email with your delivery details.

*Please note - we cannot accept a PO box for a delivery address

Deliveries are Monday to Friday between 8am to 4pm.

Blind Brothers (Australia) Pty Ltd may use outside Freight companies to deliver your orders and cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur once the goods have left our premises.

Whilst we shall endeavour to meet the delivery date specified on your order confirmation, we can only go by the date given to us by the Freight Company.

Authority to leave

Blind Brothers will advise you of our despatch date when your order leaves our warehouse. As it is not possible to nominate an exact date and time of delivery, all deliveries to a nominated address must have an "Authority to Leave" the packages if no one is home to accept the delivery.

For Pickups - please note that you will have 7 days to organise collection from Blind Brothers warehouse once you have been notified that your order is ready for collection. After this time, storage charges may apply.

Events Beyond our Control

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any change of the specified delivery date or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, third party default, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
